Lilac Peril, Issue 00: An Anti-Taxonomy of Transness was released at the amazing Lost City Books in Adams Morgan on March 29th, 2024. And we must say - we have been absolutely overwhelmed by the response to our inaugural publication!

Issue 00 features contributions from 21 incredible trans writers, poets and visual artists. Books were printed and bound by hand in a small studio apartment in northwest DC. Because of this, Issue 00 received a relatively limited 150-copy printing run (which has since sold out). Its digital form reflects the typesetting and formatting of the original printing, with the exception that it has been split up and reorganized by contributor.
